Although we are animal lovers and absolutely adore pets (especially dogs), to maintain a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all residents, pets are NOT allowed. Exceptions may be made for ESA-approved animals with proper documentation.

Yes. Every resident signs a Occupancy Agreement before move-in. This helps protect both parties and ensures clear expectations for payments, maintenance, and community standards.
No problem! All of our leases have a 30-day minimum stay and automatically convert to a month-to-month agreement unless you provide a move-out date. This gives you the flexibility to extend your stay as long as you need — just let us know when you plan to move out so we can prepare accordingly.
Security deposits are processed and refunded within 5-10 business days after move-out, provided the room is left clean and in good condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
